Stating with you favorite Lip Conditioner, Apply all over lips. Now you want your lips clear of any gloss or of the lip conditioner when you start applying your Lip liner and Lip stick so put this on about 15 to 20 minuets before you start you lips, that is also about the time it take to do the next step

One of the keys as to getting the Perfect Red Lip is concealer. Putting this all around the lips will help the color from running. So take your favorite concealer and put on the outside of your lids not really getting it on you lips, and then blend out into skin so its not visible.

Now this next step is optional but I like to outline my cupids bow with a white liner to define it's shape better that sometimes can get matted out by the concealer. You can do the bottom lip too right in the middle again just to help define the natural shape of you lips. Also don't make the white noticeable, You just want to help redefine the lips. But again this step is optional.

Application

Taking a Red lip liner, Line you lips. Stretch out your lips to make lining easy, Following the natural line of your lips trying not to go out of it. When you done lining your lips take your finger and smudge the line a little into your lips, then fill in the rest of your lips with the liner.

Next apply the Red Lipstick. Now you can do this using a lip brush or just using the tube of lipstick. I just use the tube but a lot of people find it easier to use a lip brush but its up to you depending on you preference and what your have to work with.

With the Lipstick (or Lip brush) start at the line of your lips just like you did with the lip liner and the slowly start working your way in till you get to the inner part on your lip. Now there are two places that people sometime miss up at. The first one is the corners of your lips, Some people ether put to mush as to where it looks kind of like a mess and some people put to little so it looks incomplete. Now I don't really know how to explain how to prefect it, It's just something that you pick up the more and more you do it.

The Second Place People will mess up in the inside of your, This part is harder to do sometimes. It also the place you really have to make sure that you have no dry skin right there because on your lips that is the spot where the skin on you lips ends so if you do the are a few things you can do, One being a sugar scrub (I'll do a post later on how I make the one I use) another is taking a wet facecloth and gently(Keyword Being GENTLY) rub away the dry skin. This is also why using a Chap Stick or Lip Conditioner is so important to prevent that. But like I said before you have make sure that there inst any left on you lips or the lip liner wont apply right and in the inside of your lip because it will become slippery and the color won't pick up, then you'll have a very noticeable line between the lipstick and you bare lip when you open you mouth. (Not that pretty)

Once your Satisfied with your lipstick you can use a Lip Gloss you don't have to, I Love the way a Red Lip would look with out one but in the picture above I did use one. You could use ether a red gloss and just a clear one. And That is how you get the Prefect Red Lip.

Black To Blue

Starting with Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion, Spread evenly all over lid up to your brow bone. This will help keep your eyeshadow from creasing and lasting all day.

Taking a light blue color press onto the inner third of you Eye lid, Then taking a medium blue color and pat on the the middle of your eye lid making sure to blend out any harsh lines between the two blues, Once you done with that take a black shadow putting the color on to the outer half of your lid (Remembering to blend out and harsh lines between the black and blue colors)Make sure to smoke out the edges oh the black.

To line the bottom lash line use the same colors you used on the lid, The Light blue on the inner half, The medium blue in the middle, and The black on the outer half. (For a more finish look make sure to connect the blacks from and lid and the lower lash line together) Line you upper lash line with a light blue Eye Liner. I lined my Water line and Tight line with a black line but this step in optional.

Next Curl you Lashes (Again Optional but it does make you lash look their best) and Use 2 to 3 coats of you favorite Mascara.

For Blush use a pink blush with little bit of a sheen to it.

Before I do anything to do with my make up I use a chap stick of some kind so my lips are soft and smooth for when I put on my lip stick or lip gloss. Use a pink Lip Stick and a clear Lip Gloss.

How To

Line Top Lash Line thickly With a black liner, then run over liner with a matte Black Shadow focusing on the outer conner, then using a makeup Sponge Sweep out starting from under the eye and upward till you have the darkness and length of the tail you desire. Then Line you Lower Lash Line.(Also Lining the Water Line and Tight Line are optional.) Then Lightly Sweeping a soft brown color over your lid will complete the eye. Curl Lashes(Optional) then apply Mascara. Then Depending on you style and whether you want a more of Dramatic look and going with a Deep Red Lip or soft and natural lip is up to you but I just did a Clear Gloss to complete this Look.
